True. It's basically a straight port with better textures. Everything else is the very same.

That's true. The new textures looks amazing and could indeed never have been done on the original Xbox:

 

Following the XB/GC/PS2 gen, this game was a true beauty to watch. Not calling this a true next-gen title would be like not calling Halo: CE Anniversary a true next-gen title.
