Yeah, I don't really watch any news stations... and tend to aggregate on my news via google news picking one or two known leftwing sources, one or two known rightwing sources... then if i still need something the Christian Science monitor. Despite being funded by a cult they produce some of the most balanced to everybody reporting i've ever seen.
Probably because the only conditions for their funding are the name, and one religious story per day. They don't need to worry about making a profit, nor do they need to worry about impressing people for donations or government people for funding.
As for the Neocon women, i imagine that's why there is an unsettling amount of "hate sex rape porn" about neocon women on the web made by liberals. When it comes to actual sexism it's a MUCH more bipartisian issue then people realize. As shown by the whole Julian Assange debacle.

Haha no, there were some really interesting articles about the phenomena back in the 2008 election.
The real problem wtih Sexism is neither political party actually wants to combat it. Instead only pointing out sexist ramarks for their "sway" value among voters, ignoring any sexism controversies within their own party.
For example, nobody tends to says shit to Chris Matthews who is one of the most misoginistic newscasters on the air... I mean hell, he made some pretty damn sexist remarks about Hilary Clinton during the 08 primaries.

Is a good example.
Really sexism is pretty prevelent in most the media and most culture. Looking at is as soley a conservative problem is essentially why no actual progress is ever made, and these people are never held to account.
