Don't care about the other franchises but the bolded one is very wrong. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is the most successful game in the franchise ever http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrYJ-qA72Ss&feature=my_liked_videos&list=LLIm0UIut49KoIest7o9WWqw. It is an amazing game and shouldn't be lumped together with those other failing franchises.
On topic, I knew Resident Evil 6 would recieve mostly bad or mediocre review scores just from the demo, it is really awful. This year has been TERRIBLE for games so far, can't wait for 2013.
