Whilst still considered a milestone of one's success being a millionaire doesn't carry the clout as it did years back. Now being a multi-millionaire with at least 10x 1m in Euros, £s or US$ is the standard by which many judge success.
My old boss, an American from Texas, use to say "any fool can make a million, look how many millionaires they are about"
I still have my doubts about that.
As for me I doubt I have what it takes to be a self made millionaire but that is probably just circumstance.
I enjoy working for a company that pays me a relatively good salary and I am happy with that.
Maybe the reason I make half heart attempts to make millions is because it doesn't really matter to me.
I'm one of the shameless ones that will inherit.
