Generally not something that is widely believed due to well... the awful methodology.
Like it says, it replies on online data not collected for the study...
and relies on personal reporting on an issue that is likely to have false reporting because it's not like asking how long your fingernails are.
That said, I always find it funny how people care so much about stuff like this. It's not like a countries average is going to change the size of your penis.
