The iPhone definitely has the advantage in weight/size, CPU (no way is the Lumia going to beat the iPhone with a dual core Snapdragon S4 & 1GB of RAM), possibly (maybe even probably) battery life. Don't get me wrong, the Lumia looks to be a hell of a phone. I like what Nokia has been doing in the past 18 months with WP. You can argue that the iPhone display is just as good as the Lumia; it depends on what you want in a phone. For me, I don't really want a 4.5" phone (not a deal-breaker entirely, but I wouldn't go even 1/10th of an inch larger than that). Tech-wise, the two displays are a wash IMO. But while the App Store might not be important to you, it's absolutely superior on the iPhone. The Windows Store and App Store aren't even close in comparison. If there's a good app in the Windows Store, there's about a 99% chance it's in the App Store. The reverse is not necessarily the case. |
I don't know about that. I work outside so being able to use my phone in winter without taking off my gloves is a major plus. In fact, it has been shown to work properly with just about any material you throw at it. Also, the L900 was proven to have the least reflective screen of any smartphone. That they actually improved upon that with the L920 is also a major plus.
