That's a valid point too.

I didn't buy it yet... I have others games to play (now I'm playing Borderlands and Cross Edge) before spending 200+ hours in Dark Souls (I spent more in Demon's Souls).

Edit - I need to buy MGS HD, ZoE HD, ICO HD, etc... etc.. etc... I have a lot of priorities before Dark Souls

The op is crazy.

Your not comparing timeframes. Of which going mulitiplat is clearly an amazing move as Dark is destroying Demons sametime frame sales.

The comparison is invalid. Dark Souls sold in three different regions whereas demon's souls only sold in some regions before being introduced to other regions. And then there was the fact that demon's souls was not proven, reviews and popular opinion drove its sales whereas dark souls is a sequel to demon's souls; a proven new IP.

Besides, it is hardly selling as fast as demon's souls did.

This year Demon's Souls did 150,000; whereas Dark Souls combined on consoles did 350,000. Not that much of a difference. Especially considering the fact that this is Dark Souls's second year in the market.
