Reading all the posts... it's seems like the Halo Wars is the best this gen.
I can't compare but PSOne gen is when I played the best RTS on consoles... Red Alert is just EPIC and there was WarCraft II too... I played other underground Japan RTS based in mechas, good ones too.
This gen has a lack of RTS games.
