Knowledge = True justified belief.

Justification comes in all different forms that are easily accessible. Now your questiong the truth aspect of knowledge.

Either it's true he knows everything and thus has knowledge on this matter, or it is not true and thus his belief is false.

Your saying that he can't possibly know if there is another prospective other than his, but this doesn't provide any evidence that he doesn't know that there isn't another prospective. Justification can come from personal experience, and if the being has only experienced himself for eternity then he is justified in believing there are no other perspectives. Now either this is true or false belief. And that is essentially what you are arguing.

True, that would justify believing that His perspective is the only perspective. But that would not allow him to know with absolute certainty. For instance, if such a being covered all of reality, he could not know if other realities existed, because his perspective doesn't cover other realities.
