The consensus on the market currently is that Iphone 5 > Iphone 4s > Samsung Galaxy 3 = HTC One X >  everything else...in terms of camera overall.

That's really, really, really debatable, some random examples:

I was going to say that's is amazing untill I saw the other posts. Hope the actual quality is close to that, It is really something.

I havent tested any of these phones, i was just saying what i hear on podcasts and reviews for sites like engadget, the verge, tech radar etc...
