The truth is that they really should do something about their leaks.
I know it's common sense, but some leaks are incredible. PS3 super slim what, 4-5 months before release (the same with the Slim), all those characters stages from PASBR, among others I can't remember.
This really became a tradition at sony, and I don't think it's good for PR/Marketing
