Make no mistake, I like him a lot too. He is a gamer, talks like a gamer and is the most resposible person for making Sony lose that "arrogant" aura they seemed to have before.
But I don't know... for example, those mistakes are not noticeable just now, they were noticeable 6 months ago (or more), and so far nothing really impactful is being done. No MH, no price cut, no epic TGS (like everybody expected due to the situation - and because they cancelled a vita heaven). Do some drastic strategy instead of "waiting to find Vita's identity" would be my advice to him.
