But, clearly, this would need to be amended to allow for a general sales tax. Or, an additional amendment will be required for a general sales tax. Unless Johnson wanted to act unconstitutionally... which would be a disastourous step for the first Libertarian President.

But, Johnson's gone down in my estimations since declaring a case against the debate committee under the Sherman Act. What libertarian actually supports that law? Let alone use it to clearly get leverage in the engagement of private institutions.
