the image on the iphone 5 looks a bit zoomed in, which would void the test if that was the case, as obviously little bumps look bigger when you zoom and as it's digital zoom it also affects the picture quality
edit: ok, apparently the iphone can't zoom while in video mode - didn't know that, because I don't even have a smartphone
