That really sounds like a story you made up.
Everyone knows what an iPhone looks like, especially "Mac Lovers". Windows Phones don't look that way, at least none I've seen so far.
Everyone knows what the user interface on an iPhone is like, especially "Mac Lovers". The user interface of Windows Phone looks completely different.
