Slight necro, but I think justified due to recent developments and there being no new thread.
Appearantly it took less than 2 months until the S hit the F. The Federation of German Consumer Organisations is taking action against Valve's EULA with regards to the resale of digital content and, more importantly, and the fact that users couldn't access their already purchased games after refusing to agree with the new EULA. Valve now has a day to respond or face litigation.
