Because at this point, it's not practical or likely.

When something's not practical or likely, and you still are clinging to a remote possibility....that's a bonafide "Hopes & Dreams" sentiment.

Just because something is not likely does not mean it's a remote possibility. In the case of the PS4 releasing in 2013, it may not seem likely at this point, but it would be surprising if Sony announced the PS4 sometime after this Christmas, for a 2013 release.
