Huge difference is way over doing it.

Taller screen, LTE (if you have it in your carrier), faster WiFi, and... what else? The general performance shouldn't be really noticeable and the software is the same. There is no other differences that I can think of. To me, those couple things are definitely not worh $100 let alone £100.

My 4S friends are sticking with their phones until next revision at this point. My couple 4 friends are upgrading as the camera and performace changes are actually noticeable and you get Siri.

Not sure on Galaxy S3's total, but I know just a month or so ago it was the king of US, surpassing the iPhone in total userbase. Meaning that iPhone5 would not only have to sell to 100% of Apples current base, but also get a lot of Android/S3 users to switch (highly unlikely). Meaning that not only is iOS not even close to Android in marketshare, but as a single phone, iPhone is no longer king. Just ties into the other thread where I was talking about the lack of innovation in iOS6. It seems like Apple is starting to just become a player vs a leader/innovator. I want innovation because I want to see the market continue to exponentially grow!


This is my first 4G or LTE or whatever it is phone and so far the different has been pretty huge.  I only really used it yesterday but it was very noticeably quicker and that's good enough for me.  I used Siri a little (I had a 4 before so never had Siri) but I really don't care too much about it, same for the camera (my case actually blocked my camera on my iPhone 4).
