This is the rules of PSN and should answer all those questions. On a PS3 you can have multiple PSN accounts on it for the simple fact its a home console used for family use so multiple accounts can share games. On the PS Vita on the other hand, you can only have 1 account and can not share games unless its the gamecard. But gamecards that save data on the gamecard will not allow multiple users to gain trophies at the same time. If you want to earn trophies through it with a different psn you have to clean all saved data. Downloaded games cannot be shared at all through different psn accounts on vita. So if you plan was you 2 have 2 different psn on your vitas but you want to put a game on both vitas without buying for both then your out of luck. Playing secondhand should work fine. I played ModNation Racers Road Trip second hand and didn't have to erase anything and still got trophies same with my bro and Disgaea 3, he put it in his vita to try cause i liked it and he got a trophy then gave it back and i still earned em with no problem
