THat's the problem with trying to find expensive games at flear markets-- the seller probably does know the value. It's possible to find deals on rare games, it's just not likely. The people that sell things at flea markets are there to make money (since it usually costs money to get a stand) and they generally have an idea what things are worth.
Trying to find rare games at flea markets is fine, they're there, but don't expect to make a lot of money buying and reselling rare games from flea markets. They're going to price them about the same as you find on the internet, maybe a little less but still no enough to make a worthwhile profit on.
If you're looking for steals go to garage sells, those are the people that aren't going to know the value on everything.
