Nope. No airplay support, not even in Safari (no, display mirroring doesn't count). No iPad app. Don't give a shit about the stupid commercial content on Youtube or whatever useless features Apple decided to leave out of the old app.
Ruins 90% of my Youtube usage outside of embeds. Downgrade.
