This is basically the same story as the Tekken guy. Who mentioned that the clock speed of the CPU is lower than that of the PS360.
Means nothing, especially when the article ends by stating that "the WiiU is capable of much better graphics" than the HDtwins. The #1 in the list is still not confirmed.
