What a great quote.
In business, this is called innovation. Moving forward. And, through innovation, companies can build and sustain competitive advantage. And with competitive advantage, they can make lots of money.
This guy knows what he is talking about. I might use him as a research topic if the need ever arises (I'm a business management major)
