Will Microsoft ever touch their legacy IPs again? Do they even care!?

B & W, Banjo, Mechassault, Conker. These would be awesome, they own the IPs but do not make them. While Sony does not own Crash, Spyro, and other IPs, and can not make them. Interesting situation for both.
