I have no problem with power gaming / cheating or simply customizing your experience.
I'll use a glitch if it saves me some time from an annoying game mechanic. For example in Fallout NV I used the money glitch to stock up on ammo. Some people might like scrounging for ammo and picking up generic loot and going back to town to sell stuff half way through missions. I don't.
It would be nice if single player had more options to customize the experience. That would give them a lot more replay value.

Power leveling is a well known practice in MMOs. It can be annoying when you're playing in a zone for the first time, but I have no problem with it when people do it in an instanced dungeon. I have done it many times with friends, otherwise it takes forever before you can play together with the classes you want.
