There is actually no Nintendo betraying Sony. The reason why Nintendo and Sony never really teamed up is because SONY demanded ALL rights to every game or franchise etc made for the SNES CD upgrade./console/addon.

If Nintendo would make a Zelda or Mario game Mario and Zelda would be owned by Sony. Why would Nintendo "create" new hardware and not use it? And why would they willingly give up rights? So Nintendo and Sony parted ways. Sony then finished the product that already consumed alot of money (R&D) and the Playstation was born.

Back on topic.
Your history is a bit faulty. There was no "the then small Sonaria" because it didnt't exist at the time. It was founded and started to exist. I guess your history book was written when Sonaria dominated? ("history is written by the victors.)

btw I am living at the trijunction a small place where all the borders connect. (which is not in your map because your map is a bit outdated maybe? or the scale is not showing this small town)

And why is nintendo water? because of the blue ocean stategy :)?

1.) Nintendo sold Sony specs to Philips because of the disagreement, and followed that up by announcing that they were making a new console with PHILIPS a DAY after Sony announced that Nintendo and Sony would be working together to create a new state of the art console.  It was a completely low move by Nintendo and is the definition of betrayal :P

2.) And yes, there was a, "Then Small Sonaria"  Sony just wasnt part of the console market at the time.  (They would have been classified as an MPC in the story, much like Valve currently is, Valve(Valvus) will become a military power when their console releases)

3.) I'm not entire sure what your getting at in the rest of this ;)

...uhh...ill just put my favorite quote of all time here.

"Welcome to Pain, the second of three...You have dealt the first...now deal with me!!"
