Leviathan?
It's a very good DLC; it fleshes out the world in interesting ways and throws all of the endings into new light, as well as effectively recontextualizing large swathes of the series up to now in an engaging way.
It also manages to supplant Sovereign's initial conversation as the most bad-ass and ominous dialogue in the franchise.
