Wasn't that you who was trying to persuade me that China is a threat to US interests in the Pacific (I'm rewording, the initial quote was smth about a threat to Hawaii, almost like Pearl Harbor 2, no?). Didn't I tell you then that if smth will happen it won't go out farther than South China Sea?

On top of that they do not have a single aircraft carrier operational. All that makes China strategically in defence, not offence.
