Apple is terrible at not approving apps like this that are ripoffs of other games. A while ago they even approved a Pokemon Yellow app, and couldn't even see that it wasn't Nintendo asking for approval. They need to stop approving apps like this, and Nintendo should sue them for making money off of their IP's.
