Nobody teach Chinese to be specifically anti-Japanese, they just... anti-Japanese, and this's only logical from many standpoints, historically, politically etc. BTW Taiwanese are very well anti-Japanese as well at least in social consciousness, though not politically (and you cannot accuse Taibei of favouring Beijing, lol).
Or if you mean that Chinese school program regarding hisotry biased and would like to present their own view on things (though honestly, given the facts of Japanese occupation of China it's not like these accusations are not well founded), but that could be said about anyone else, including the US. This's just how mass education functions.
