Sorry, but Apple has always been about copying when it suits them. Examples: multi-tasking in mobile, notifications, new look of iTunes coming out, the entire tablet idea, and so on. Granted, in some cases they improve on the idea, such as tablets, but in others is pretty much the same. In fact, I'm waiting for Google's patent on the notification stuff to finalize and see them roast Apple over that.
