Something I was thinking about last night-
Having KH3 released so soon would fit the bill of the hush hush part of Nintendo Power... I would have to be pretty hush hush for them to almost complete the game under our noses.
Also there are 2 kinds of Hype- There is the long and drawn out Halo 3 and SSBB type of hype, and then there is the Atomic Bomb type of hype(kinda like when FFVII was switched over to the PSX at last moment and then released.
So maybe Nintendo wanted to create a mega buzz so they told SE to hold off on the announcement until 1 month before release.
