Ports of worthwhile games, for one, doing the enhancement game like what the 360 or Dreamcast did in their day. Two, the last time a console launched with a 2D Mario was 20 years ago. Essentially, what we're looking at is the strongest console launch lineup since at least GameCube.

It's inevitable at a console launch. Pretty much all DS launched with worthwhile was a solid remake. Lots of console launches are ports of some sort, and Wii U is at least getting some good ones, along with very solid original content.
