It puts the preformance off of the CPU and puts it on the GPU(shared to be exact).
For example, let's say I have CPU running at 2.2 and you have one running 3.2
If my CPU is Using GPCPU on my GPU it will OUTPREFORM your Cpu because it's needing the Cpu it's using my GPU.
You can share with AI,Physics, and other stuff.
Basically if I have a badass GPU my system will run circles around your CPU.
This why more CPUs are getting clocked lower because there is no reason to overchock your system if you GPCPU. Some PC gamers think if I have my CPU real high that means I will get get GREATER preformence. This is a myth if your using GPCPU because makes it so you can underclock WITH the same perfromance.
So if the Wii-U has a great GPU (which everyone is praising ) than it will run circles around Xbox360/Ps3. |
