And what design problems would that be? If your refering to the high console fail rate, that was the initial shipments. I have yet to see any evidence that there's anything wrong with 360's made in the last 10 months.

As for the topic, I'd chose the 360 over the PS3 if they were both free. Of course, I have no high def tv and still watch quite a few VHS movies...
