Lol, Zubat is useless. He can't learn any HM, and Wing Attack does have a base power of 35 in RBY xD.

Even without TM's, Nidoking can learn Surf and Strength, which are OK. Mankey can learn Strength as well (better than Fury Swipes or Karate Chop for sure).

If Rol dies in the gym... which pokemon can learn Flash?
