@S.T.A.G.E.

With all due respect would these be the same people who told us that the PS4 would be announced at this years E3 press conference. Just about everyone in the industry was predicting just that as little as half a year ago. You will have to forgive us if we don't take these people seriously. Given the fact that they have no credibility. It is sadly all too easy for some people to wave around credentials, and to spout off like they just had a personal audience with God himself.

A good rule of thumb is that people who talk. Generally don't know what they are talking about. The people who know things with certainty don't need the self validation. They are also the people who know that there is money to be made by keeping the cat in the bag. I am sorry, if you don't have proof that someone is credible based on a real track record. Then we can't take them at their word, and the mob is just a pack of circle jerks.

Representatives from Sony aren't any better mind you. Their job is to get your attention. So they can sell you on something, and they know that the more times they say something, and the more times they get you to listen. The more likely you are to buy what they are hocking. Vague language, and pretend slip ups are a good way to get more people to watch, and an even better way to keep them coming back. They aren't lying really. They are just saying things in a way that makes you pay extra special attention.

That link you posted lead to a interview that was twenty seconds of vague language, and seven minutes of touting the PS Vita. It was a virtual infomercial, and of coarse he would say anything to get people to tune in. Hell all that vague language had me listening very intently. He didn't say shit about shit. He just wanted people to pay close attention, because that is what makes a pitch more effective. He probably sold a few Vita's with that meaningless drivel.
