Uncharted 3 is still being bundled. Therefore that argument is crushed. Secondly, Uncharted 2 had a big holiday 2009 bundle. And I'm sure it... etc etc

Do you think the majority of sales for UC come from bundles? I'm not saying you're saying that btw, I'm just asking.

No, that's not what I was trying to get across. I was simply suggesting that the sale suggestions of 4-5 million for TLoU seem pretty good. Unless it gets a bundle or something. Since not everyone who bought uncharted may have liked it, or wants to buy TLoU. So you're probably going to experience some fall off. Secondly Uncharted 3 was basically released with a bundle, which probably helped its sales on top of being the third in the series and critically acclaimed. I think bundles at least helped Uncharted 2 gain a decent number of sales. Say some guy who has never touched an uncharted game bought the Uncharted 2 bundle because he wanted a PS3 for a different game anmd thought, hey a free game might as well buy it. He finishes his Uncharted 2 play through and tells his friends who may have never bought the game how great it is, then they go out and buy a copy for themselves. And then when Uncharted 3 comes out him and his friends all preorder or buy the game early on. If you get what I'm trying to say.

So bundling "helped [uncharted 3's] sales", and "helped uncharted 2 gain a decent number of sales"... this doesn't seem like a big deal, doesn't seem like it had a huge impact on sales and I would argue it didn't mainly based on the fact that the series has great legs and is a system seller.
So what's all this bundling talk about? Why is it such a focus of your discussion with whoever? I haven't been following the discussion in the topic cause it's just been going on for so long.
