Official official would be stickying.

We really need to hold a mod forum about fixing the sticky policy. It shouldn't only go to "VGChartz Most Wanted."

The issue is that the "new" sticky system is terrible (in how stickied threads don't show up on Hot Topics, or how there's no longer forum specific stickies).

Just another thing to add to the list...

I almost never use Hot Topics, so i've never seen that as a problem.
