Truth be told, if it wasn't for Clinton the big thing coming out of the DNC probably would of been the arguements over God and Jerusalem.

Don't quite get the Democratic strategy for the election.  Which seems to be "burn bridges with all morderates, including a lot of conservative Democratic politicians we've spent a lot of time winning over.

Electoral map wise a Romney win seems unlikely, but Obama sure seems hell bent on making it close.

What is the GOP doing to try to win moderates?  It is "Obama sucks" 24x7, andf nothing really to appeal to independents.  Pretty much now, one could argue both parties are trying to play to their base, while making the other side seem to be spawn of Satan.  It is now get voter turnout up for your side, and get the middle sick of the other side.
