Personally, I find that the difference between the PS2 and PS3 is the amount of RPG games there are. In comparison, the PS3 has drastically less than its predecessor which is unfortunately for my sister and I who enjoy playing RPGs. Since we don't have a lot of PS3 games to begin with, I often find myself going back to playing the old PS2 games and even some PS games on the PS2. The enhancements with the PS3 graphics and interface allows for those FPS games to thrive.
