What's an SKU?

I think someone asked the same thing last month.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stock-keeping_unit

It's basically each type of game you can buy and it's different from the number of games.

For example, GTA V is 1 game but it has various skus (xbox360, PS3, PC, etc).

Collector's edition and things like that are also counted as different skus.

Ah there we go. I thought SKU was Stock Keeping Unit, but I was confused as why there were more SKU's then games. Now I know it's because of different platform versions and limited editions. thanks.

You're welcome.
