How soon can Vita break 15%?

It will have a boost this coming week as it sold 45-50k in Japan... and while it's probably going to fall back to 35-40k per week again, it will probably get a higher percentage boost in sales over the holidays than the 3DS. I doubt it will manage to break 20% of 3DS sales in any given week, but the bigger numbers mean more during the holiday so it won't take as many weeks to break 15% as long as it is selling 17-18%. Compare Sony shipped numbers on June 30 (2.2 millions) to VGChartz numbers on the same date (2.4 millions)

Link me to those figures then... last time I asked someone linked me to an article which said that a Sony employee had mentioned the 2.2 million figure (and nothing about a date)

I agree that, assuming he was correctly interpreted, the likelyhood is that Vita had shipped 2.2 million by June 30th... but I haven't seen proof or even a proper quote (so I can assess what he said myself)
