Its ignorance to ignore the fact that the Wii won, but its luster only lasted four years to the public in 2011 it's sales drop was huge. The PS2's value lasted seven years and continues to sell today solely in the used market. Whether the Wii will have that kind of luck, I highly doubt it because of the quality of the library being severely dependent on first party exclusives an an extremely slim list of third party titles. I would buy the Wii for its BC, but if the Wii U impresses me, I might just get that instead. In truth this is the worst generation I've ever seen.

Like i said im not even going to waste my time arguing with you and the mess you believe. Once again a Sony fan compares the Wii to the PS2 for no reason what so ever. I guess even Sony fans know the last successful Sony platform was the PS2.

....You're acting like this is a Nintendo thread. I'm only sticking to the subject. Nintendo was obviously brought up and the conversation got sidetracked. This isn't about the "mess" I believe. My prediction about the Wii U is as similar to what I believed would happen to the Vita and Move. A Lack of games will contribute to an issue. I really do hope the casuals eat up the new Mario game on the Wii U because it looks like an updated NSMB.

You had no reason to compare them and you know it. You werent sticking to the subject because me and you were talking about the Wii and its third party support. You then saw your chance to brag more about the PS2 by stating how great you think the PS2 is. Like i said Sony fans have nothing else to brag about.
