sure it doesn#t mean that they all will try to make better a.i. next gen but i'm sure that's a big aim for many developers.

I'm always kind of annoyed when developers say they want more powerful systems and some gamers immediately assume that means they want prettier "graphics".  Most of the time, what the developers want is the ability to create things like better AI response sets and more interactive environments.

That being said, it definitely looks like ND is way ahead of the curve in terms of creating believable AI.  Not life-like, of course, or Joel and Ellie wouldn't have had a chance, but good enough that they don't break immersion, and TLoU looks VERY immersive.  It looks like another game that's going to be as fun to watch as to play.
