I do, and I understand the irony of what I said. However, I thought I explained what I was trying to say.
Basically, early in this generation Xbox 360 fans were pretty vociferous about the issues. Then the arguments by PS3, PC, and Wii fans just became the same exact arguments and it got to the point that arguing against people that won't listen the points you're making just doesn't make sense. It's like beating a dead horse. It's not going to change anything, so why even bother.
Facts you can argue and win an argument. Opinions you can't argue and win against someone's opinion. You might change their opinion, but do you really think a person is going to change the mind of SuperL33TPS3FanMensaBoiXXX69? I doubt it. Whether or not he has an educated opinion on the subject just doesn't matter. He's going to argue the same rhetoric over and over. So why bother going down that route? It's not worth the effort when there are enough scenarios where you can join in a conversation and crush some of the fiction people like to spew.
It's about picking your fights more so than not caring, I suppose.
