Nintendo should sue $ony and Micro$oft for Achievements/Trophies $ystem

The problem is Nintendo probably did not patent a method to hand out trophies for advancing through a game, or fulfilling additional optional conditions. Also, SquareEnix should sue everyone for using a class system inside their games.
