I think the Wii U has already conquered japan in terms of next gen systems. The only 3rd party japanese devlopers I see making use of a console more powerfull then the ps3 is Square Enix and Capcom. But otherwise I don't see any developers going ps4 exclusive over there, which means the wii U will be ahead of the game.
