For films as long as I can tell what's going on I don't think resolution matters except for crap like Transformers/Avatar.... I can't even watch a dvd anymore, quality matters to me. I have the setup. I wanna watch it in the highest quality and lossless audio. There are even differences among blurays itself, some releases are better than others. Fight Club 10th anniversary edition is a lot better than the first release.
