Well if it has to be in our solar system then probably mars. Other than earth it probably has one of the most friendly environments even though it would still be quite dangerous since u would not want to expose yourself to its mainly carbon dioxide air and would have to be contained in a sealed environment with the right amount of oxygen and nitrogen. u would also need to be in the right position of the planet to avoid the very cold Martian winter and hot summer.
